Who We Are

We believe in Hearing and Valuing your feelings.

It’s Not Over, LLC was founded and established by a mother and daughter, Ira and Jamia.  Our passion to help and service motivated us to open It’s Not Over, LLC March 2019.  We are committed to seeing lives change and are willing to go the extra mile.

We believe in Hearing and Valuing your feelings. We believe that each person has the fortitude to overcome adversity and recover from any situation. We are here to serve and provide support. We seek out holistic approaches for healing and recovery for each person we serve.

We advocate and provide ethical, quality, and medically necessary services to help individuals acclimate back into their community successfully.

Mission, Vision, Philosophy and Core Values

Mission Statement:

It’s Not Over is dedicated to offering comprehensive substance use treatment services. Through resilience, courage, and optimism, we aim to empower individuals with love and hope, fostering positive transformation in their lives.

Vision Statement:

Our vision is to act as a transformative force in the lives of individuals dealing with substance use disorders, aiding them in reclaiming control of their lives and fostering positive, lasting change.

Philosophy:

It’s Not Over embraces the belief that every individual’s journey is ongoing; setbacks are not endings but mere pauses. We view life’s challenges as semicolons, not periods, in the narrative of personal growth.

Core Values:

It’s Not Over is guided by core values that shape its culture and reputation as a community-centered organization. We prioritize Respect, Integrity, Empathy, and Competence in all our interactions and services.
Our approach includes interactive group sessions and skill-building classes designed to enhance life skills and overall well-being. In addition to addressing substance use, we provide support for common mental health/substance use issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma, aiming to improve individual life satisfaction.
